Purchasing a 2008 yearbook
Yearbooks will be sold during the
registration process in August. Yearbooks
that are purchased with an ASB card will be
$95 while those being purchased without an
ASB card will be $105. These prices are good
during registration only. Yearbooks bought
between the first day of school and Friday,
February 29, 2008 will be $110. Students
transferring into Esperanza starting the
second semester will have until February 29,
2008 to buy a yearbook. There will be no
refunds for yearbooks after Christmas Break
and only will be allowed if transferring out
of Esperanza (you must first see Mr. Cusick
about a refund).
Unsold yearbooks will be available for
purchase during distribution which occurs on
Tuesday, June 3, 2008. On June 3, the
Finance Office will distribute lottery
tickets to those students interested in
buying a yearbook starting at 2:45 p.m. The
winning ticket numbers will be posted and an
announcement made when the number of surplus
yearbooks has been determined. Those
students holding winning tickets may
purchase a yearbook for $115 (CASH ONLY);
any unclaimed tickets will be voided and
additional tickets will be drawn and posted.
Distribution policies, times and
locations
Yearbooks will be distributed from the
Attendance Office and lunch line windows on
June 3, 2008 starting after school and
continuing until approximately 4:15 p.m.
There will be signs posted to indicate the
letter of the alphabet that each window is
responsible for. Any type of photo ID is
MANDATORY to pick up a yearbook; only those
students with an ID will be allowed to pick
up a yearbook. The list of students who have
purchased a yearbook will be posted on this
website.
June 4 to June 6 – Yearbooks will be
distributed outside of Room 220 starting at
approximately 1:00 p.m. and continuing until
approximately 3:15 p.m.
Those students no longer enrolled at
Esperanza will not be allowed on campus to
pick up a yearbook. Starting June 4,
parents/guardians must call Mr. Cusick at
779.7870, ext. 7220 to arrange for a
yearbook to be delivered to the front office
and ready for pick up within 48 hours.
In order to avoid any conflicts with
distribution, those students with
after-school jobs should make the necessary
arrangements. To ensure that yearbooks are
given only to those names on our
distribution list, siblings will not be able
to pick up yearbooks. Students that have
debts will not be allowed to pick up a
yearbook until the debt has been cleared by
the Finance Office. Please understand that
these policies are in place to avoid any
problems while distributing over 2500
yearbooks.
